How we help you feel better
Thai bodywork combines assisted stretching and deep muscle work to help your body move more freely and relax deeply — many clients say they leave feeling like they’re on cloud nine.

How we help you feel better
Our unique blend of stretching and deep muscle therapy in Thai bodywork will leave you feeling like you're on cloud nine.
The Thai Bodywork Experience
Thai bodywork is a traditional hands-on therapy that blends assisted stretching, deep pressure, and mindful movement.
Rather than working only on surface muscles, the session helps your body release tension, move more freely, and regain balance.
Thai Bodywork vs. Typical Massage

Focuses on localized tension
Therapist primarily uses hands
Thai Bodywork

Who Thai Bodywork Helps Most
Thai bodywork tends to be a great fit if you feel stiff, tight, or limited in your movement. Many of our clients sit, stand, or train repeatedly and want an approach that helps the body open up — not just relax.
If you prefer massage without oils (or small amounts) and want deeper, longer-lasting results, you’ll likely love Thai bodywork. Sessions are always adapted to your body, comfort level, and experience.

Your First Visit
Most first-time clients aren’t quite sure what to expect — and that’s completely normal. We’ll guide you through everything when you arrive so you can relax and feel comfortable right away.
You won’t be asked to do anything complicated. Your therapist gently moves and supports your body while you remain passive and at ease.
Pressure is always adjusted to you. If something feels like too much or too little, we simply change it.
Communication is encouraged throughout the session.
Many people tell us they feel relaxed and more mobile after their very first visit.
You don’t need flexibility to benefit — that’s what the session helps improve.
What to Expect in a Session
You’ll stay fully clothed in comfortable attire, and your session takes place on a comfortable mat. We’ll combine stillness, pressure, and assisted stretching in a way that feels grounded and supportive.
Pressure and intensity are adjusted throughout, and communication is encouraged at all times. The session flows gradually so your body can soften, release, and move more freely.

Most sessions follow the same Thai bodywork style — you're mainly choosing how much time you'd like.
If you're unsure where to start, the 90-minute session is the most popular and offers the best balance of stretching, focused work, and relaxation.
Each session is a full-body experience, typically beginning at the feet and working gradually through the body. We adjust pressure and focus areas along the way.
A 60-minute session allows focused work and a complete session.
A 90-minute session gives the bodywork more time to unfold naturally and allows a more thorough, unhurried experience.
If you have specific areas you’d like extra attention on, additional time simply gives more room to address them without feeling rushed.

Thai Bodywork
The session length simply determines how unhurried the session feels, how much stretching we include, and how much extra time we can spend in areas you’d like attention.
Every session is a full-body Thai bodywork experience.
